Testing the usability of our designs is part of our in-house process.  It helps us improve our service.  Usability testing often produces surprises, but never disappoints.  Usability testing is a differentiator for our design studio.

Our lab setting is simple and bright.  Subjects are chosen carefully and treated courteously.  They are compensated for their time and effort.  Screens, mouse & keyboard actions are captured in great detail.  Each session is recorded via multiple video cameras and audio is recorded as well.  Eye-tracking can also be captured.  Our eye-tracking technology does not require any intrusive mechanical devices.  We inform subjects when we want to track the focus of their eyesight and we ask for their specific permission, but there is no additional camera or other equipment visible to the subject.

A facilitator runs the sessions from a separate room so as to isolate subject users from any interference or distractions.  Usability studies are planned and executed with care and precision.

Madison Avenue has been using eye-tracking for decades.  It is shocking that most software engineers have never even heard of it...

Eye-Tracking
Eye-tracking is a tool that can be used to show if some areas of your screens are pulling the eyes of your users in an unintended manner.  Eye-tracking detects distractions that derail your users from maximal use of your application.

Our graphic eye-tracking reports instantly show where your users are looking:
